The rapid growth in demand for peptide drugs is actualizing the search new natural and economically viable sources of raw materials. wide variety biologically active compounds, including nature, inherent marine aquatic organisms allows us to consider their promising material resource. However, use objects as a source production target molecules requires some optimization existing methodological approaches isolation ensure appropriate degree purification. problem method obtaining peptides from hydrobionts Antarctic region on example hydrobiont Nacellaconcinna solved work. proposed three-step approach isolate fractions different molecular weight. first step involved precipitation high weight protein with perchloric acid then 80% ethyl alcohol. result was fraction up 6.5 kDa, which contained small amount impurities. Further purification obtained performed by ultrafiltration using membranes pore size 10 kDa. Control protein-peptide composition sample at all stages disk electrophoresis under denaturing conditions plates 18% polyacrylamide gel. Analysis 2D found that isoelectric points most are pH range 8.0 10.0. Only proportion had 4.0 5.0 pH. final fractionation gel chromatography. As chromatographic separation, four peaks were obtained, corresponding peptides, about 2.3 kDa (1 peak), 1.9 (2 1.4 (3 peak) 0.7 (4 peak).
